It knows what 40 kg means

Put 40 kg a side on a Smith machine and most apps record 40. You lifted 100. Every max and chart after that is wrong.

40 kg logged → 100 kg actual
  • Total, per side, or per side plus bar — set once per exercise
  • Warm-ups, drop sets, failure sets and reps in reserve, all separate
  • Build any split you want and switch without losing history

02 Nutrition

You eat the same ten meals

So type them once. Save what you actually eat as templates and tick them off — no weighing rice into a search box every evening.

  • Calories and macros, or just protein if that's all you care about
  • Protein from meals, templates and supplements in one number
  • Import a whole week of meals from a spreadsheet
03 Body progress

The scale argues with the mirror

Weight moves for a dozen reasons that have nothing to do with training. Measure the shape too and you can tell which is which.

  • Weight, height, neck, waist and shoulders
  • Every measurement charted, with the change since you started
  • Log whatever you measured that day — nothing is required

04 Progress

Proof you're getting somewhere

Six weeks in, every session feels the same. The numbers don't. Personal bests, streaks and volume trends, without you doing any maths.

  • New records surface on their own — no hunting for them
  • Estimated max per exercise, averaged across five formulas
  • Weekly volume per muscle, so you spot what you keep skipping
05

Also in there

Cardio

Duration, distance and calories, kept separate from your lifting so it doesn't muddy either.

Water reminders

Set the times that suit your day. A ring shows how close you are to your target.

Rest timer

Starts itself after a set and keeps counting on your lock screen and Dynamic Island.

Muscle map

A body diagram that heats up with the muscles you've actually worked this week.

06

Your whole history, in one file

Two taps. No permission needed, no support ticket, no waiting for an email.

Hipertrofi_History.csv
Every set, session, meal and measurement you've logged
send it wherever you like
A trainerThey open it and see your full history
A spreadsheetExcel, Numbers, Google Sheets
An AIPaste it into ChatGPT or Claude and ask

Most apps treat your training history as their asset. It's yours. CSV opens in any spreadsheet, JSON is a complete backup, and both are plain text a machine can read.

Which means you can hand six months of training to an AI and get an answer no app would have given you.

"Here's my last six months. My bench stalled in March — what changed in my volume around then?"
07

Four things it will never do

Free fitness apps usually pay for themselves somewhere you can't see. Trainers pay for this one.

Never show an ad

No banners, no sponsored supplements. We don't sell attention.

Never ask you to sign in

No account, no email, no password. Install and start logging.

Never charge a subscription

Nothing locked, nothing expires, no purchase screen anywhere.

Never sell your data

Not a promise we chose — one we can't break. It works offline.

Other platforms make your clients switch apps. Half of them won't. This works the other way round.

On track, two sessions this week

One screen, your whole week

Clients sort themselves into gone quiet, ready for more weight, or fine. No hunting through profiles.

Nobody switches apps

Your client keeps the free app. They send a file, you open it, their whole history appears.

Write a program once

Save it as a template, assign it to fifteen people with checkboxes, adjust loads after.

Send a real plan

A printed A4 sheet with your name, their loads, your notes and a progress table.

Questions

Really free, or free for now?
Really free. No purchase screen exists in the app and none is planned. The trainer dashboard is what costs money.
No account — so where is my data?
On your phone. There's no server to send it to. That also makes backups your job — export before changing phones.
Do my clients pay or register?
No. They use the free app and send you a file when you ask. Nothing changes and nothing costs them anything.
Android?
Not yet — iPhone only. The trainer dashboard is a website, so it runs anywhere.
